Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Custom epoxy orders can take as long as 2-3 weeks ship, and that does not include preparation, however, a rhinestone/bling tumbler will take longer depending on the size of the cup, stone, and design. All RTS (ready to ship) items will ship within 2-3 business days as long as there is no personalization added.

Q: Can my tumbler go in the dishwasher?

A: NO!! hand wash only

Q: Can I freeze my tumbler?

A: NO!! Do not freeze or leave in hot car for an extended period of time

Q: How long will my tumbler last?

A: With proper care, our custom tumblers will last for years.

Q: How many refills will I get with my pen?

A: One, you may order additional refills on the site.

Q: Am I able to have my packaged gift wrapped?

A: Gift wrapping, can be an option for a small fee, but the majority of orders will be wrapped in wrapping paper and shipped in corrugated shipping boxes so damage is minimal. Smaller items will be shipped in padded poly mailer envelopes.
